Brand Safety Guidelines
Effective as of January 1, 2021
- Creative Content. Receiving Party’s obligations under this Agreement extend to reporting the marketing website URL back to the Disclosing Party. Receiving Party is restricted from displaying the following content:
- Sexually explicit imagery.
- Provocative imagery of potential victims i.e. people holding money.
- Imagery of children at the age of 13 and under.
- Illegal products or services.
- Discriminatory practices.
- Tobacco products.
- Drugs & drug-related products.
- Unsafe supplements.
- Weapons, ammunition or explosives.
- Adult products or services.
- Adult content.
- Third-party infringement.
- Misinformation.
- Spyware or malware.
- Stating claimant will remain anonymous.
- Listing of deadlines or dates unless approved by Velawcity.
- Guarantees.
- Compensation numbers unless citations of a verdict are present.
- Social Media Advertising. Receiving Party’s obligations under this Agreement extend to reporting information back to the Disclosing Party that will include the following:
- Facebook advertisers must send the Facebook page name, Facebook Post Content, Facebook advertisement headlines, Facebook advertisement descriptions and Facebook advertisement imagery.
- Twitter advertisers must send the Twitter handle name, Tweeted content, Twitter advertisement headlines and Twitter advertisement imagery.
- LinkedIn advertisers must send the LinkedIn page name, LinkedIn post content, LinkedIn advertisement headlines and LinkedIn advertisement imagery.
- Search Engine Advertising. Receiving Party’s obligations under this Agreement extend to reporting information back to the Disclosing Party that will include the following:
- Google advertisers must send the Google advertisement headlines, Google advertisement descriptions and Google advertisement URL path and Google advertisement ad extensions.
- Microsoft advertisers must send the Microsoft advertisement headlines, Microsoft advertisement descriptions and Microsoft advertisement URL path and Microsoft advertisement ad extensions.
- Display Advertising. Receiving Party’s obligations under this Agreement extend to reporting information back to the Disclosing Party that will include the following:
- I. Display advertisers must send the Display headlines, Display Descriptions, Display business name and Display images or videos.
- Native Advertising. Receiving Party’ s obligation s under this Agreement extend to reporting information back to the Disclosing Party that will include the following:
- Native advertisers must send the headlines, call to actions and images or videos.
